STUART FIELD: Co-Founder & Managing Director- Oztix

GEORGIE PINN: Founder & Creative Director- Interactor

Stuart Field is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Oztix — Australia’s largest independent ticketing company for live entertainment.

An entrepreneurial leader with strengths in finance, commercialisation, strategy, marketing and innovation, he has helped shape the growth of Australia’s contemporary entertainment sector for more than three decades.

Beginning his career in the grassroots music scene, Stuart expanded opportunities for emerging artists and independent venues long before the ticketing industry recognised their value. This commitment to supporting the creative ecosystem led him to co-found Oztix over 20 years ago, introducing a purpose-built ticketing model for live entertainment outside the stadium sector.

Today, Oztix employs a 50-strong team and delivers Australian-built ticketing technology and proprietary IP that powers ticket sales and enhances the audience experience for music, venues, sports, shows and tourism-driven events nationwide. Under Stuart’s leadership, Oztix is recognised for innovation, marketing reach and long-term partnership outcomes — most recently being crowned Australia’s Best Service Company at the Australian Event Awards.

Stuart is a strong advocate for the cultural, social and economic impact of live entertainment and events — actively collaborating and investing with venues and promoters to develop new concepts that grow the industry together.

He is a culture-builder at heart — setting the benchmark for wellbeing, recognition and reward, reflected in one of the strongest retention records in the industry.
